Capacity is arithmetic you can check. Capacity is the length of the working day on a day they work, committed is the scheduled minutes already on them, open is the subtraction. A day somebody is away has no capacity, and says why.

Explore Safety & Compliance

Use either product independently. They become more powerful together.

What you get

Four things, done properly.

Run Operations

Get the right person to the right job with the history, scope and equipment record they need to finish it.

Manage Compliance

Run the safety program as a working system of responsibilities, hazards, findings and corrective action.

Capture Evidence

The forms, photos, sign-offs and records come from doing the work — not from a separate paperwork exercise.

Be Ready to Prove It

Know where your documentation stands before an auditor arrives, and open the record behind every figure.

Measurement

Numbers you can defend in a room.

Orientra states what a figure means before it shows you one. Capacity load, service utilisation, field utilisation and billable utilisation are four different questions, and each carries its own numerator and denominator on its face.

  • Available time comes from your schedule, less recorded absence — never assumed
  • Actual service time comes from recorded labour, never inferred from a job’s duration
  • Travel is reported on its own, and is never called unproductive
  • A figure with insufficient data says so, instead of printing a zero

Unaccounted is named, not hidden. The grey band is schedulable time with no record against it. Orientra will not call it idle — it may well be work nobody entered, and its size is how far the other figures can be trusted.
Implementation

Software shouldn’t require consultants to make it yours.

Orientra ships with a guided implementation environment: create your company, choose your products, configure your organisation, import your data, check what is outstanding, and go live.

Nothing on the checklist can be ticked off. Every step counts the records you actually have, so “ready” means the data is there — not that somebody clicked a box.

See the implementation process
  1. Create your companyAnd choose the products you are running.
  2. Configure your organisationDivisions, branches, departments, roles and permissions.
  3. Add your peopleWorkers, technicians, supervisors and user accounts by invitation.
  4. Import your dataCustomers, sites, assets, people, competencies, training, price book.
  5. Configure Operations & SafetyJob types, lifecycle, forms, hazards, requirements.
  6. Validate and go liveOrientra names what is outstanding before you switch over.
